Confidentiality and Non-Compete
Registrant hereby understands that the tools, processes, strategies, materials and information presented in the Course are confidential, copyrighted, and proprietary to the Webmaster and agrees not to record, duplicate, distribute, teach or train from the Course materials in any manner whatsoever without the express written permission of the Webmaster. Any unauthorized use or distribution of these proprietary concepts, materials, and intellectual property by you or your representatives is prohibited and the Webmaster will pursue legal action and full damages if these terms are violated in order to protect its rights.
Privacy Policy
By participating in the Program, Registrant acknowledges and agrees that s/he is subject to the Privacy Policies of VloggerPro.com. The Privacy Policy for the Company is: Any personal information that you may share with the Company or its employees and/or owners is kept absolutely private. Neither your name nor anything about you is sold or shared with any other company or agency. Occasionally, we may contact you to make you aware of upcoming products or specials. However, we do respect your right to privacy and will not send notices if you contact us and ask us not to.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee
As stated on the VloggerPro website and marketing materials, the Webmaster guarantees that Registrants will be 100% satisfied with the Program should they attend the entire course. Satisfaction is defined as the Registrant’s belief that the Webmaster is delivering on what was promised in promoting the Courses. If Registrants are not satisfied within 30 days of the course purchase and they notify the Webmaster representatives via email, the Webmaster will refund their tuition to the Courses.
Note: A guarantee represents a promise about the quality of services delivered; if an Registrant never experienced the services (i.e. does not attend the Course), the guarantee obviously does not apply.
